calorie accountability

day 1

i had my dad's noodles for breakfast. i didn't count the calories cuz my dad made it, but it's safe to say that it won't damage my progress. i'm planning to drink a ton of water after writing this, so hopefully i wont latch on to too much water weight. i'm also not gonna eat like at all for the next few days and try to make it until friday.

i currently weight 169.8 lbs and 77 kg.
